Pre-release Processing Time

For all orders, we require a 1-3 business day processing period before the products are shipped, or ready for you to pickup at our retail locations. We will send you a notification email once your order is shipped or ready for pickup. Alternatively, you may keep track of your order status here.

If any product from your order is currently not in stock, we will notify you by phone or by email of the expected arrival date. We will wait for all back-order items before we ship your order.

In-Store Pickup

If you chose to pickup your order in-store, please wait until you receive the "ready to pickup" notification email before coming in.

If the purchase is made by credit card, the cardholder must be present for the pickup, with a piece of valid picture I.D. and the original credit card used for the purchase.

As a mutual protection to us and to you, we no longer accept third-party pickup of orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Shipping & Delivery

If you chose to have your order shipped, you have a choice between Canada Post or UPS. We only ship orders across Canada, and only to Canadian street addresses (no P.O. Box). Sorry for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time may vary depending on where the order is shipped. See below for the estimated break down of shipping time for our various options (processing time not included):

Canada Post

Regular: 2-9 business days Expedited: 3-7 business days Xpresspost: 1-3 business days Priority Courier*: 1-2 business days

UPS

Standard: 3-7 business days Expedited: 2-5 business days Express: 1-3 business days

*Canada Post Priority Courier may not be available for delivery to some locations.

SHIPPING FEES

To obtain an accurate shipping cost, please follow the steps below. You will not be charged anything until you have selected "Submit Order" in Check out:

1. Create an account and set the correct shipping address. Login.
2. Add the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
3. Near the bottom of the shopping cart, there is a list of available shipping methods. The respective shipping charges are listed at the end of each item.
