Pre-release Processing Time
Typically it takes 1 to 3 business day processing time before the products are shipped, or ready for pickup at our retail locations. Under some circumstances, it may be possible to expedite your order; please contact sales team at 1-877-278-5667 with your order number.
We will send a notification email once your order is shipped or ready for pickup
If any product is back ordered, we will notify you by phone or by email. We will wait for all back-order items before we ship your order.
If you chose to pickup your order in-store, please wait until you receive the "Ready to Pickup" notification email before coming in.
If the purchase is made by credit card, the cardholder must be present at the pickup with the credit card and a piece of government picture I.D.
Sorry no exception, VISA and Mastercard regulations prohibits third-party pickups.
Shipping & Delivery
If you chose to have your order shipped, you have a choice between Canada Post or UPS.
We ship orders to Canadian street addresses only. Except for rural areas, P.O. Box address is not accepted. Adult signature will be required at the physical address and re-direction is not possible when shipment is enroute. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Package will be held at depot if delivery attempt is not successful. If you anticipate this, we recommend Canada Post as there are more Canada Post Offices that are often closer to you than UPS depot.
To obtain an accurate shipping cost, follow the steps below. You will not be charged anything until you have clicked "Place Order" in Step 4 of Checkout:
- Create an account and set the correct shipping address. Login.
- Add the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, then "Checkout"
- Scroll down to Step 2 to see the shipping options available and the shipping cost.
