Returns and Exchange Policy
SYSTEM & PARTS: System and parts can be returned for in-store credit within seven (7) days from the original date of purchase. Return and Exchange policy is valid so long as the following conditions are met:
- All returns or exchanges require its original invoice;
- System and components may be returned if its original packaging is unopened and with all original manuals, accessories, drivers, software, demonstration products, and documentations;
- Original sealed products must be unopened . If opened, it will be considered used and cannot be returned. Retail boxed components have warranty with its original manufacturer;
- It is not the responsibility of A-Power or its technicians to un-install components from systems if invoice does not show any previous installation charges;
- It is the duty of the Buyer to pre-pay the shipping and costs including insurance for the return of the system and/or parts. Products sent via collect will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE: Exchange is only valid providing the component is found to be defective. Exchange for the exact same component is valid only within a period of three (3) days from the date of purchase. Original sealed products cannot be exchanged nor returned. A-Power is not responsible for any forms of incompatibility, incorrect installation, incorrect configuration, or software setup that may arise from the purchased product. Such problems that arise will not be considered defective.
RETURNS:All products sold by A-Power are non-cash refundable. In-store credit can be applied only if the following conditions have been met:
- components must be returned within seven (7) days from the original invoice date;
- products must be free from any defects;
- product must be in its original condition;
- products must be with original packing and manuals in good condition;
- products must not be a special order;
- a 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns applied.
SPECIAL ORDER TERMS: Any product that is not listed in our regular inventory list or any pre-configured regular systems are considered as a special order. All special ordered products and systems are non-returnable and non-refundable.
OPEN BOX ITEMS: Open box items have a 14-day A-Power limited warranty and a 1-year manufacturer warranty. No returns or exchanges are allowed for open box items. Warranty is only valid for product defects.

Return Merchandise Authorizatiom (RMA) Procedure
If an A-Power product is found to be defective after seven (7) days of purchase and within warranty, please fill out this form and return the component with all the drivers, software, documentation, cables, diskettes, and packaging to A-Power. **Note: A copy of the original invoice, warranty or RMA invoices should be attached.
Be sure to give a full and detailed explanation of the defect(s). Incomplete forms can cause delays in the processing of your RMA request and/or the rightful denial of RMA service.
All warranty items musts be returned in their original packaging with all
the accessories, cables, drivers and documentations. Any of the above
missing from package will be charged accordingly for replacement cost. Items
recieved damaged, tampered, altered or shown signs of abuse will be sujected
to refusal and void warranty.
A-Power will reject shipments containing
merchandise not originated from A-Power and shipments appeared to be damaged
from shipping. If warranty labels have been tampered A-Power reserved the
right to return the goods back to the buyer un-repaired. Please clearly mark
"RMA department" on any contained shipping to A-Power. Buyer agrees to pay a
technical service charge of $50.00CAD per hour (15 minutes minimum) of RMA
goods tested and found non-defective.
