If you would like to receive your package before December 24th, please place your order by Dec 18th noon PST, with the following requirements:

Gift purchases made between December 8th until December 24th are protected under our "Holiday Extended Return & Exchange Policy"; All qualifying purchases can be exchanged or returned for full in-store credits by January 8th, 2009. Condition of exceptions: Custom Desktop PCs, notebook computers, and opened packaged merchandises does not qualify for the Holiday Extended Return & Exchange Policy. Opened merchandise that are deemed "dead on arrival" are eligible for in-store replacement, store credit or replaced under the warranty policy.
